ASTRID MILLS - owner

Astrid Mills completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (BPE) at the University of Calgary. She is ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified and has completed BCRPA Personal Trainer level II documentation. Continuing education has included coursework specializing in posture and post-rehab as well as functional training.

Astrid is an avid windsurfer and sailor and is passionate about the outdoors. Over the years she has competed in running events (10k and marathon), bodybuilding, sailing, swimming and diving, and is currently training for triathlons. A background in dance and gymnastics encouraged Astrid to become an NCCP level II gymnastics coach as well as pursuing Sport Acrobatics and Circus performance and instruction.  Physical activity in all its forms fascinates and continues to drive Astrid’s enthusiasm and personal interest in fitness and performance.

Working with clients of all ages, interests and abilities has given Astrid a wide range of experience analyzing and correcting physical form and posture during activity. Her passion and clear instruction enables her clients to gain knowledge, proper technique and the fundamentals they need while achieving personal goals.

Astrid has managed her own fitness consulting business in Vancouver since 1997 and is enthusiastic to be opening her own studio- Trilogy Fitness.
